Homunculi:
Homunculi are artificial humans. There are only seven known homunculi, which were created by Father to represent his sins. They have the abilities to regenerate at abnormal rates, due to the Philosopher’s Stone that’s located at their core. The Homunculi have other abilities that correspond with their sins.

Envy
Gluttony
Greed
Sloth
Wrath
Pride
Chimeras:
Chimeras are creatures that are formed when an alchemist transforms a human and an animal together. Not all Chimeras are successful, and often the transmutation fails. There only a few known Chimeras in the series, here are a few that we know of:
